Gambino
I.A.come into the world
of cheese in 1911 as an local production of sicilian typical products growing up year by year
until to obtain , in ‘ 70’ good market quantities in
Sicily.Year 1995 was very important for Gambino’s history ,
because this company decided of starting specialised productions
of "Pasta Filata" (or layering method) cheese. |

Satisfying customer’s taste
immediately; in the same
time, new lines of "Scamorza", "Caci",
"Mozzarella" and melted cheese conquered important markets.
Good
results in different regions ( Sicily,
Northern Italy, Spain, etc )
convinced Gambino Family to spend "new
resource" in a modern industry in 1997;
this reality started in July 1998. |

In the very advanced
plant of GAMBINO , all production stages are submitted to strict and
accurate controls.
The raw materials are
subjected to all chemical and microbiological analysis ,
in accordance with
our H.C.C.P.P Director,Dr.Salvatore Parisi , controls all steps of production
process .Our control arrives until final
customer.; |

phases are recorded in our "Production
Control Plans "( in accordance with
I.S.O 2000) ; so , H.A.C.C.P. service
accures identification and traceability . In
addition H.A.C.C.P director works on new projects for
satisfying all your questions.

our products are, as different brands,
on the shelf of big distribution,
organised big distribution and
discount stores; in addiction, our company realizes
specified products on behalf of firms of Milk & Cheese Fields and
O.B.D. stores.
